Yes, in PBP. Before the game starts (in 2009), you get a box that confirms your starting pitcher, then you get a box confirming your line-up. While this second box is shown, you could click on the pitcher (turning his name blue), and then press UP and he would move up in the lineup. All the way to leadoff if you want.

Yes, as long as you had "Stop Sim Before PBP Game" checked. And again, it was only in PBP games, but you could change your lineup order and bat your pitcher higher if you wanted to.

What a nightmare. The pitchers could hit better than the hitters. They just couldn't pitch.

If only I could've figured out a way to have those position players pitch I might've won more than 12 games out of 162.

Yep. The pitcher thing was always that way for PBP games...and it hasn't changed in the regular lineup screen either, so it's still exactly the same.

I've been into my Senators and have carried them to almost the 80's and now, because of this feature (yes, I knew about and was dreading this day), NOW I'VE GOTTA START ALL OVER AGAIN IN 1961 so I can be TOTALLY AT FAULT, err, responsible for the WASHINGTON SENATORS ! ! ! ! !

EDIT2: LOL, I just realized I gave my new Yahoo email info when I ordered this. In the past, I always gave my ISP email, in my case Comcast. Does anyone know if giving a different email for this purchase is going to somehow screw things up??? Should I email Clay or Dee or any old email works, they don't care as long as it's an email??
