Well, I guess if they wanted to pretend to cater to more than one market they could've just called themselves the Florida Marlins and pretended to cater to all the markets in the entire state................... oh wait, just like those annoying Angels they already tried that one.![]()
I think one of the concessions for getting a new stadium was the name change. Anyway, good to see the Marlins are committed to staying in South Florida. Now, if Loria would open up his checkbook...
