There are a few good candidates out there, but I like Stafford from Georgia. Who do you think should be the #1 pick in this years NFL draft?
There's no real standout in this class, which doesn't favor the Lions.
I think Oher is the best overall player and surest thing available, and he's probably who I'd pick.
If I was the Lions I would trade down. Maybe let the Raiders pass me as they try to grab Crabtree?
Look for some big movement by the Eagles with their two #1s. I either expect them to engineer a trade for Boldin, or to move up to grab a top receiver or power back.
I don't know enough about these kids yet. I don't follow college football closely and learn about those in the draft covering the pre-draft analysis given prior to. From what i've heard thus far, it appears Stafford may be the elite WR pick. Not sure if that means he's #1 overall though.

Gooo Angels!
Stafford's a QB, the (potentially) elite WR in this draft class is Michael Crabtree.
As for the #1 pick, I think it'll probably be one of the top two QB's in this class, meaning Mark Sanchez or Matt Stafford. Stafford appears to be ahead of Sanchez now, but who knows what could happen between now and April. And as for my team, the Falcons, everything I've heard is about them getting a big defensive tackle, Raji or something like that from Boston College, but I'd like to see them get a corner like Vontae Davis.

Honestly, I like what Kiper has for the Broncos at a big DT but I wouldn't mind seeing someone like Ray Maulaluga come to Denver to play linebacker.
Crabtree is an elite prospect, probably the #1 prospect this year, but unfortunately for the Lions he's a WR. And we all know about the Lions and their history with WR's in the first round...
We better draft Andre Smith
