    I don't know about you, but I'd much rather have a guy that's proven himself to be a REALLY good head coach like Shanahan, than a guy whose never been a head coach in the NFL.

    Coaching the defense and actually running a whole football organization are two vastly different things. Why do you think there are so many great coordinators that never translate into good/great Head Coaches?

    Yea I know, but it's just kinda hard to see Shanny coaching the Chiefs (Sources say it's unlikely)

    I couldn't agree with that more. I have a hard time picturing him wearing Chiefs red or with an arrowhead anywhere on him.
