Is there anyway of knowing what compensation free agent picks are going where? and anyway to implement this into mogul?

What do you mean? Which picks the teams will be receiving how let the class a or b free agents walk, or which pick each player will cost a team?
WEll I am just wanting to know if there is a list prepared at all yet for next year's draft. And if a signing like Sheets for example will still cost anyone a pick. That sort of stuff
yes, all players that are a type a or b free agent will still cost/gain teams picks.
The Yanks are giving up their 1st round pick to the Angels, 2nd round pick to the Brewers, and 3rd round pick to the Blue Jays, but still have a first round pick for not signing Cole last year. All Type A's that were signed by the teams that didn't have a protected pick (top 15) are giving up their first round picks, those that have protected are giving up their 2nd round, and type B free agents nets teams a supplemental round pick. The draft won't be set until the offseason is over is my guess.
no kidding
Nationals won't be looking too badly either
Anybody who gets Stratsburg will have a good draft.
I guess one good thing came out of the Tigers terrible year, they got a good pick. Not much impact position prospects in their system (if any) and not many good pitching specs (other than Porcello) but do have a few with potential such as Crosby.
Stratsburg would most likely want to sign with San Diego I would assume. He has good stuff though. But would he sign if drafted by D.C?
Awesome, my Mariners get 4 picks in their if I didn't fail to miss any. Here's hoping we get a guy to rise through the minors quick with our second pick.
EDIT : I meant our second OVERALL pick :P
