You can't count the strikeouts and batting average against him because THAT'S COUNTING THE STRIKEOUTS TWICE!!!!

You can say "He batted 122 for 517 with 164 K's" and take out the strikeouts "He batted 122 for 353 when he didn't strikeout (Which is .346).

Adam Dunn is one of the last players I'd want on my team...

And that is why no one will make you a GM, unless Dusty Baker becomes an owner

That has nothing to do with the discussion.

Everything you've been saying is 100% completely counterfactual. Adam Dunn, whether you want him on your team or not, is very good at not making outs. Juan Pierre has twice led the league in making outs, and finished in the top 3 5 times. He makes a lot of outs. Adam Dunn has never finished in the top 10 in the league in outs.

This year, he made 403 outs. 81 players made more outs than him.

Adam Dunn sucks... that's why I wouldn't want him. And looking at his yearly salary, I've determined that he is officially the last player I'd want in baseball on my team. Out of everyone.

He does not have a yearly salary, HE IS A FREE AGENT! He will likely be underpaid for, he does not suck, he is incredible, one of my favorite players

Than the only possible conclusion is you're absolutely ignorant of baseball.

Jeez, first you ONLY mention home runs and use that to conclude Finley = Edmonds, and now you're saying that a player who has nearly as many home runs in 8 years as Steve Finley had in 19 is the worst player in baseball.

Okay, ignore everything else that's been said that has completely proven you wrong.

This isn't even a matter of opinion, metsguy. The things you are saying are just completely untrue. They are 100% counterfactual.

But he barely ever gets hits. Marlon Anderson has a better career batting AVG then him. And he strikes out. ALL THE TIME

I hope no one signs him, he doesn't deserve to be working in baseball

Go ahead and tell me his yearly salary then buddy.

Oh, and throughout his career Juan Pierre gets out in 66.4% of his plate appearances. Adam Dunn, on the other hand, only gets out in 61.9% of his plate appearances. So go ahead and tell me who makes more outs.
