If you go back to the very first one, Baseball and Football Mogul, were almost equals. Baseball Mogul back then was still better than the football version but since then...the Baseball version has gone through 10 verisons ,while the football one has gone through around 5. The of the cool things about FM and BM, usually when there is an addition to the football verison, it is immediately added to the baseball version the following season thou sometimes not vice versa.
Baseball Mogul is going into it's 12th year of development, Football into it's 8th. I'd think that the conclusion would be self evident.
That plus there's far more information available regarding baseball then there is for football. That's not likely to change...ever, I imagine.
You insist that there is something a machine cannot do. If you will tell me precisely what it is that a machine cannot do, then I can always make a machine which will do just that! -J. von Neumann
Plus, Baseball Mogul makes more money therefore gets more attention.
Baseball is more stats driven than football and has the lahman database which includes 100+ historical seasons. Baseball is also easier to manage than football. Hit away, bunt pitch is all pretty easy. Football is a great game with many complexities and it is harder to gage statistically and the play calling takes more time and energy.

I want to see a College Football Mogul.
That would be sweet.
one thing that i love about FM over BM is player development is much better in my opinion in FM. In a few years the league isn't filled with 85+ guys starting on every team in every position.
So true. You may have a quarterback, runningback, linebacker, and wideout that are 85+, but you then have an o-line, d-line, dbacks, etc. that are under. Its so hard to develop a consistent team in FM compared to BM.

AND injuries affect your team in FM seemingly more than they do in BM, especially at your prime postions, which is a big reason the game is fun.
