    Actually, I knew the Jets were overrated all season long. Losing to Oakland really sealed the deal for me.

    I didn't say he was doing it for favre's reasons, but the fact that he says he doesn't know whether he's coming back or not every year is the same as...you guessed it, favre

    At least he will be making his decision in a timely manner, and the Colts do have Caldwell ready to take over.

    Speaking of Caldwell, how are these "coaches in waiting" able to take over right away with the Rooney rule and all?

    i don't think they can....haslett couldn't sign an extension earlier this year b/c the rams would have to obey the rooney rule first
