I was in agreement for them moving him in midseason when their run looked done...I sure as Hell wouldn't do it now.Philly has better shore up it's pass protection before next week, though...thair offensive tackles were turnstiles. It's one thing to get worked by Jared Allen, but to get consistently beaten by BRIAN ROBISON???
Oh, and I am officially the Detroit Lions of picks this week, with a fantabulous 0-4 mark. Yes!
A weekly NFL breakdown that heads in the opposite direction of your average pro football analysis.
1. Do the Cardinals’ and Chargers’ wins mean the NFC and AFC West were better than we thought? Not at all. If homefield advantage went to the team with the best record in the wild-card round, Arizona and San Diego would both be home now. Why are owners afraid to change that rule? This isn’t the BCS and some fictional title. This is the NFL and the playoff system should be fair.
2. Chad Pennington’s performance on Sunday validates the Jets’ decision to jettison him for Brett Favre. Pennington does a lot of things well and will take you to a certain point. But come the postseason, he runs into defenses that are too good to beat with his conservative style. Pennington was never going to lead New York to the Super Bowl. Favre wasn’t the answer for the Jets either, but at least they can start over now, both at head coach and quarterback.

I disagree with this because the Ravens make a ton of QB's look bad on a weekly basis:
Week 2 vs. Pittsburgh: Ben Roethlisberger 191 YDS 1 TD 1 INT
Week 12 vs. Philadelphia: Donovan McNabb 59 YDS 2 INT
Week 16 vs. Dallas: Tony Romo 24/45 252 YDS 2 TD 2 INT
These are some of the top QB's in the game and they didnt do much against their Defense, which is ranked #5 against the Pass.
I'm going to disagree with this. Division titles should held above wild cards. Always held above wild cards, IMO no matter how bad the division.1. The one league that doesn't do this is the NBA and their playoff system is so messed up nowadays...
Theres been so many teams that get a by at 9-7, when a 11-5 is in the wildcard. The time out in the Chargers games is a bigger problem
