As I said in the other thread with regards to this subject, the Rays still have a lot of room for improvement. If B.J. Upton and Evan Longoria take major strides towards their full potential this season it'll be a race for second place between Boston and New York. Even if that doesn't happen, Tampa is still arguably the favorite for the division.

As for those of you who are continually bitching about the Yankees spending and spending, get over it. It's part of baseball and it's never going to change. It's not just Boston and New York that do it, it's Boston, Detroit, New York, Philly, Seattle, Chicago, LA, Atlanta and a wide variety of other teams.
