"News and Current Issues"
Right now, basically every thread not about either news or some sort of political issue has been moved to OiLF. I think we should just change Ejections to News and Current Issues, add a "Music, Movies and TV" Board, and keep Out In Left Field for forum games, funny pictures/videos, and other silly things.

I see what you're saying, but... I don't know, Ejections started out as a politics forum. It just kind of makes sense to me, like this. We could of course move the music and whatnot threads back, but then OiLF really would be just junk...

Then I agree with the original suggestion of the thread to change the names/descriptions.
That's what I thought it was meant for...To keep the junk separated from the non-junk.We could of course move the music and whatnot threads back, but then OiLF really would be just junk...

Seriously though... there is meaning in music and movie threads of course, but the meaning is decidedly different from politics, and religion isn't it? Do we really want a total "junk drawer" sub-forum, here?
I wouldn't mind the descriptions being changed of course (I don't really pay any attention to them anymore, anyway), and that actually probably is a good idea now regardless. That's not what metsguy was asking for in the original post, though. We don't need another sub-forum, or to rename either of the two sub-forums being discussed here.
