    Interleague Play

    Love it?

    Hate it?

I could do without it. I don't mind seeing the NL teams we in the AL don't normally get to see (not to mention the occasional "World Series preview", but there's something "bleh" about it that I can't quite put my finger on.

I think, for me, it may have something to do with the wonky batting order juggling acts created by the DH being in the "natural" AL lineups, but not in the NL ones.

    Shouldn't this be a poll

I like it. Living in an NL city it's cool to get to see teams I wouldn't otherwise.

And if the AL would get rid of that asinine DH-rule there'd be no problems

Yeh, I was working on it when the phone rang.

Guess the post will show up in the forum even before you finish setting the poll up.

    Didn't realize that.

I liked it for a while...but I think it's time to move on from it. I do think it has taken away some of the luster from the World Series....and I could care less about the "rivalries" like Chicago vs. Chicago and such.....

We had interleague play before...it was called The World Series...that was good enough for me.

Now if the National League would just smarten up and adopt the DH rule....

I like it. It allowed me to be able to see the Rockies at Fenway (That was before they went on the amazing run, so it was not definant the would make the WS. And I actually went to one of the interleague games, which was awesome. I also went to see the D-backs vs. the Sox, and it was just as amazing. I met Micah Owings and Jeff Salzar even.) It has a really great atmosphere in my opinion.

Interleague play doesn't do anything for me. How often do the Subway Series, or the Battle for Chicago, or even the battle for the bay happen?

Eh, it is ok. Don't love it, but I do enjoy watching the Twins play the Brewers. Maybe reduce the number of series from 6 to 3 or 4.

As for interleague, I can take it or leave it. Don't hate it but not that excited about it either. But for anyone who thinks the NL should adopt the DH......
