    MLB Network

I thought it was starting Jan.1, but apparently they've already started showing programming. How long has it been on.

Yeah, Christmas comes early, but I called up and asked if they planned to put it in HD in Jan., and apparently not. Hopefully, the woman I talked to was wrong.

Golf and Food channel in HD, but no Baseball?

I would get it just to see classic games, which I heard they were going to show a lot of.

If I'm understanding the MLB Network correctly, you don't have to "get it." It comes with standard digital cable packages. I might be misunderstanding it, but I'm pretty sure you don't have to subscribe to it or anything.
