    Ratings vs Projections

What is the best way to maximize the potential of a draft pick? It seems no matter what I do, all of my players (especially on offense) see their ratings go backwards from the time I acquire them. Am I doing something wrong?

The worst is a QB I drafted that was 85/91 when I drafted him, and after 4 seasons as a starter, is now 74/80. I dont understand. Help!

I've noticed this too. Does anyone have any ideas.

I don't think there really is any. It's as simple as you win some you lose some with the draft.

    More playing time.

If playing time is necessary to develop or maintain players, then there ought to be settings to distribute playing time better in simulation mode.
