I hear McCoy had more first team votes then Bradford but that two writers left him completely off the ballot and thats why he is second team.

My argument wasn't because Bama beat Ole Miss that they are better than Florida I just pointed that as sort of a fun fact if you will. My argument was that Florida only put up 30 against Ole Miss well below their average and most likely won't do so against Bama. Right now, Bama is the team to beat - they haven't lost so IMO Florida is the underdog.
This is true. Alabama is ranked #1 for a reason. That makes them the team to beat.
It's just in my opinion that right now Florida is playing just as well as Bama and the Gators are my pick to win the game.
I'd love for the Sooners to get upset by Mizzou just so the BCS could freak out again. But OU-UF or OU-Bama wouldn't be a bad game at all.
I'd agree that Alabama is the "team to beat." I also have no problem with people picking Florida to win. I personally think Florida is the favorite..but unlike a lot of people, it seems, I think Bama has a decent chance to win. Either way...my team has had a great year and will be in a BCS bowl and are truly set up to go on a pretty nice run for the next few seasons....but man a win would be so sweet just to say 'I told you so' to anyone not giving us a shot.
That would actually be the BEST thing for the BCS, it would clearly eliminate OU from the title game leave Texas as the obvious number 2 team behind the winner of FLA-'Bama game
( the only kicker would then be logic that is if Bama's only loss this year was to the Number 1 team, on a neutral field why aren't they number 2?? )
And PS Ball St finally settles on the field :http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/footbal...050208&prov=ap
20-17 bama

Florida wins the SEC 31-20. We have one participant in the National Championship decided.
31-20 Florida!!!
Now run and tell ya mama 'bout that!
Boo for beating the spread by 1 point. Well, go Mizzou, make more BCS chaos.
GG Florida..they played extremely well to earn the victory.
I think Bama clearly showed that they can hang with them though..and all those who thought Florida would just easily hang 50 on Bama were just being a bit foolish. Bama's D is pretty legit and they are simply a damn good football team.
Looks like it'll be Oklahoma vs Florida if everything plays out unless somehow Texas gets put in, but I doubt it after (so far) Oklahoma's stomping of a very respectable Mizzou squad.
Different Topic, sort of, but since the Orange Bowl is a BCS bowl, I guess it's sort of on topic.
Where will they play the Orange Bowl now??? Anyone know??? I guess I could try using this internet thing to find out, but everytime I try and do searches I get more peed off than answers, so it's easier for me to just ask stuff here. Someone probably knows.

Thanks.
They're playing it at Dolphins Stadium in Miami. The funny thing is, there is no mention at all about this being a different venue. Has the Orange Bowl been played at Dolphins before? I guess I thought the Orange Bowl was played at the Orange Bowl, and IIRC they just began demolition of that facility this summer. But on that sight it doesn't mention anything about this being the first Orange Bowl at Dolphins Stadium or anything like that.
