    Giants will stick

For all the talk of superstars, the NY Giants are doing just fine without one. The only players that most can name are Manning and Buress. I like it like this. Buress will be hiking far to NE or Dal next year with his big contract. Outside of him, Eli is the only biggie, but in gay man love, I LOVE THIS GUY!

Eli's come a long way....heck in week 15 last year the Giant fans were calling for his head and for the 290lb QB to play lol. Now they want a Rocky Balboa'esk statue of him next to the Statue of Liberty floating in the bay.

The Giants have drafted amazingly in recent years. Not so much their #1's, but their mid & late rd picks have been great. I still think the secondary is suspect but they look like stars because the team has such great pass rushers. The O-line is amazing, and make no mistake sound running game and efficient passing game help them look great and visa versa. Nobody likes playing defense against Jacobs, I promise you that.

The Giants have had great weapons on offense for years but it's been Eli's progression and Jacobs force that finally have brought it together. A ton of FA's coming up though, including Jacobs, Toomer, and many of those great mid-round picks.

Toomer has often been less of a weapon this year than Steve Smith, so it's not a HUGE hole replacing him...although, I really wouldn't be surprised to see him back on a 1 year deal (I don't see anyone offering him anything long term at his age, at his current speed, and with his injury history).

Jacobs will be interesting to watch, though...he is going to get some serious dinero, and while I like Ahmad Bradshaw and Derrick Ward I don't think the Giants pound the ball down people's throats as they have this year with just those two guys.

Talk is cheap and the Giants get it done.
