    Aces make 2 trades

The Aces and Yankees agreed on a deal that would send RF Ken Griffey (77), 2B Elliot Johnson (73/75), RP Calvin Medlock (72/76), and SP Alex Cobb (61/74) to the Yankees for SP Chase Wright (74/81) and RP Humberto Sanchez (74/82) and 500K.

They also traded 2B Omar Infante (82) to the Indians for LF prospect Samuel Varrela (61/86). The Indians were in need of a 2B. Akinori Iwamura will take Infante's place when he comes off the DL next month.

    Aces trade Kazmir for Sabathia

The Aces and Brewers agreed on a trade that would send SP Scott Kazmir (94) and RP Scott Munter (70/73) to the Brewers for SP CC Sabathia (94). Sabathia makes slightly more than Kazmir which most likely made them accept the trade. Sabathia will be the Ace on the Aces
