When can the teams re-sign there own players? Could they announce it before FA starts or does it have to be on FA? I believe FA starts the 14th right?

They can resign their own players whenever.
Free Agents can talk to other teams before the 14th right? So like agents can meet with teams at the GM meetings on Monday?
ythey can talk with their OWN team but I dont think other teams, without their current teams permission
they used to have a rule that if the player didnt (?accept/decline arbitration) they could not talk to them until after I think may 1st or march 1st or something like that but they did away with that last year. I personaly think because if Clemens and his retire, unretire, retire crap

Is there a website that shows all the upcoming free agents in a list format? Or something similar?
There are several lists. A couple more...

Here's a list of all the players that have FILED for free agency (and this list will grow in the coming days).
I'm kind of shocked that the White Sox are going to let Crede go. I know they have Josh Fields who was hurt last year in AAA and really is not all that great of a fielder so far in his career, 11 errors in only 97 career games, and a .927 fielding % in the minors.
Crede's no great shakes either (overall, I mean, not just defensively, where Crede's rather good).
I just don't see where Fields will be a improvement over Crede or anyone else that they could possibly sign at this point, unless its about the dollar.
