I hate it when people criticize every single thing announcers make a mistake on.

If you were up there, you'd probably make even more mistakes. And he didn't even make a mistake, he obviously meant... what do the Rays have to work on to beat the Phillies and turn this thing around?...

I particularly love Fox's "Keys to the Game" that they do every game.

This is par for the course for the "Keys to the Game" segment - just different ways of saying "Win." The only thing there that isn't a synonym for "Win" is "Need a big hit early."

Fox should just drop the Keys to the Game thing, or fix it. I think everybody understand that a "key to the game" is to win.

He's been given an inordinate amount of left-handed pitchers in the playoffs because teams know that he sucks against lefties, and that he ran into a pitch by a lefty last night doesn't change that. Howard wasn't "slumping" in the postseason. His weakness was being exploited.
