    Sports You Play

Ok. So what sports do you play/did you play in a competitive league(like high school or college division team), in a non-competitive league(like a recreational league), or just for fun in a nonleague

I am about to start my first dek hockey season this month, so I am pretty excited to meet my new teamates in a few weeks! For those of you that don't know, dek hockey is basically like floor hockey, where you play in sneakers. I also have played roller hockey in the past, and tennis(hopefully will be joining a tennis team in the spring time, but I don't know if I will change my mind by then)

Baseball, and I want to do Football and Hockey once I am healthy. I have thought about track, to keep even stronger for baseball.

I play Baseball for the school and for the city/JL. I play just about all sports for fun, though.

    Backyard Football and Basketball.

I nearly lost an eye playing baseball a few years ago, so I burned that bridge.

When I was younger I engaged in the normal...sled dog racing, ultimate frisbee, skeeball, and camel wrestling...pretty much the things every youth loves.

As a young adult I played mostly footbag and cricket.

Lately I am really into caber tossing...and hope to compete in the local championships this fall.

Oh, and of course cribbage...the game of kings.

My recommendation is to avoid football (and hockey too, if it's even available in your area), and do track and basketball. You might not like basketball (neither do I), but that and track will certainly help your baseball play... and health.

Actually, if you want to improve your footwork in baseball, probably nothing will help you with your foot agility than soccer.

Anyway, I played football, until I had to give it up when my knees started getting cranky.

    True...

BTW, I love football, and really love hockey. It's just... with RSR's health concerns, that'd give me pause.
