I look at the new version and check out the rosters. As usual they are not even in the ballpark as far as accuracy. I have been a fan since the first FB Mogul and this bothers me. 53 man rosters have been out for a while now.

I would rather that Clay focus on bug-squishing rather than devoting all his time to roster accuracy (though it was bad)... the Mogul Community can tweak Rosters and make mods for the game. When Clay sent out an email to the final beta users, he stressed that he hasn't spent as much time on the rosters/ratings as he has on the other aspects.

Please provide for the community the teams/players needing adjustments- we all know that they are needed at this point...

This. If the game has good mechanics out of the box/download i could care a less how many players are missing because i know in a matter of weeks people will make their own rosters, and it will be a simple drag & drop, to update, unlike madden where you have to wait months usually because they tweak tons of stuff every update and there's much more stuff to tweak.

There were a couple of bugs in the way that Football Mogul created the rosters from the source files, so that's really what Clay has devoted time to. Now that those problems have (apparently) been solved, it really is up to the community for further roster updates, for exactly the reasons that hoosiergoody talked about above...
