They are very busy. I'm sure it was just an oversight. Try emailing them again. What sort of problem are you having? Maybe someone on the forums can help you out.

Yea, Football Mogul was just released, so things are a bit hectic. I'd post about it, but the recommendation to email again is a good one.

E mail Clay or Dee with your Name & rough date of the order they can "possibly"
back check it for you
