Anyone know what happen to the post counts in within the threads?

They were disabled because some people were abusing them.

Some people were very happy to see them go.

Some mods, who are against this rationale of thinking when it comes to drug use and other bigger issues, were very happy to see them go.

Was that really neccessary? Totally off topic and not what he asked. If you have a gripe against the mods why not PM them instead of bringing it into the open forums?

Clay disabled then due to fighting, lots of people, not just mods, were happy to see them go. Myself included.

Post counts aren't gone. You can see them anytime you want.

I was sad to see them go, being a padder myself...

HOWEVER what was happening was the padding was being brought into intelegent conversations (of which i have neve rin my life had one and i am talking ibout IRL not here ) and becoming a distraction... for those that are OBSESSED and have even less of a life than me... they can be seen on your profile page... but sadly it has died down around here... tho it makes normal conversation about stuff interesting... except in political threads... that was the only thing interesting in them

I'm actually glad to see a calmer forum. Debatges still happen but not to the degree that they once did which is ok.

Filihok, those are the type of comments that are unnecessary and purely confrontational. It was not at all related to the post count issue.

I don't care if you care about post counts. I care when somebody who only cares about raising his post count disrupts the normal flow of conversations by posting off-topic gibberish for no reason than to up his post count. As others have said, post counts aren't gone. They just aren't attached to each and every post.
