Updated Hall of Innovators - congratulations Mizerak!

Thank you all for voting me into the Hall of Fame as an Innovator. I had prepared a small app to deliver my speech for me, keeping it short and sweet, but filihok asked me if it could be customized to randomly thank a selection of people, and ewing6 asked me if I could make it so that anyone could use it. This led to checkboxes allowing for an optional introduction and the ability to select certain phrases to be used in the speech.
Once discussion of the speech app got to the point where I felt I would have to create a help document to show people how to customize their own speeches (right around version 12 of the Speech App), I figured I should stop and just show my appreciation for the fact that I get such great feedback for the apps that I code, and I love to see the apps being used in others' dynasties.
Without the input of the Mogul community, many of my apps would never have reached their full potential (and, because of your comments and wish lists, I am raising the ceiling every day for what the apps can do). Many of you have contributed to my Mogul experience with mods of your own, and I am happy to have paid you back with my efforts.
Still happily innovating and accepting input and feedback.
