Go to the South (or your nearest soul-food depot) where you can eat every part of the pig. I've eaten pickled pigs feet, pig brains (brains & eggs), fried pig intestines (chit'lins), pig's heart, pig's snout, and that doesn't even count the more mundane things like liver and the various types of pork, bacon, and ham that come off the beast.

Why would you let a good part of the animal go to waste?
