When I first clicked the link it said shoulder . And yeah, I read the same thing about him getting shutdown for a week before starting a throwing program. Sounds like it might be a case of dead arm or something of the like.

However I agree if they fall here Hank will open up the coffers!
...'cause obviously, they didn't have any money in New York before the Steinbrenners.

Seriously, I can't imagine being a New York fan, in any sport. Never having to rebuild, never wondering whether the infielder off the bench will hit, never enduring a season where you just aren't gonna be so good. Always the first through the buffet. "Okay, I'm done...you boys can have the rest!"

And if anyone says anything: "But we're always near the top, aren't we?" Wow, I do wonder how that happens!

Yes, because luckily the Jets and the Giants and the Mets have never had long period of average at best play...oh...oh wait, yeah they have. Well, at least the KNICKS are a beacon of success...oh...not so much. Well, the Rangers and Islanders...oh...wow, they've had bad runs too, huh? Well, we can all rest easy knowing the Yankees have NEVER...oh.

    Well Dr andrews said:

that it's not a "catastrophic" injury
that it won't need "major surgery right away"

Honstly overall those don't sound like great things, but it could be worst-case scenario doctoring.

But, really roatator cuff tendonitis is extremelt vague at best, theres really no way of know the extent or even the type of damage done.
