    From what the materiel that I saw (and Metsguy repeated here) says:
    Every system that carries MLB Extra Innings will get it,
    So, as long as MLB Extra Innings is an option for you, you'll get it.

    ...of course, it hasn't happened yet so it's a bit early to be "counting our winnings".

    Everyone: The network is free as long as your cable provider carries Extra Innings. You DO NOT have to buy Extra Innings to get this channel,though.
