Jeter and A-Rod make love to each other in between double headers.

Billy Wagner SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON THE ALL STAR TEAM.

He just gave up a 2-run HR to Jayson Freakin' Worth in the bottom of the 9th and the Phillies tied the game. The Mets should trade him.

First of all, so what if A-Rod and Jeter made love to each other? Is there something wrong with being a homosexual?

Secondly, please explain what makes Rivera a bad closer. In detail.

BTW, any attempt by you to change the subject, act in the same manner as a child by name calling, or simple make irrational claims without evidence to back it up will be taken as an admission that you are wrong and do not truly believe these things.

    1) No, that is their choice. Whether or not they are really gay, it's an incredibly convenient way to insult them.

    2) He is incredibly overrated, plays for a team I despise, and is greedy.

Okay...how is that not basically a description of Mariano Rivera? I have yet to hear of anyone having any kind of problem with him, seems to be well liked, quiet guy who keeps to himself, doesn't gloat, has almost 500 career saves, several of the most dominant seasons ever posted by a relief pitcher, all time postseason saves leader, 4 times Relief Pitcher of the Year, 1999 World Series MVP, 2003 ALCS MVP, finished 3rd in Cy Young voting in '96 AS A FREAKIN' SETUP MAN, and has spent a ton of his own money back home in Panama, buying Christmas gifts for kids, and building a school and a church. Oh, and he has 4 rings.

How is he a bad closer?

How, based on everything I just posted, is he overrated? And I want arguments based on FACTS, not more infantile namecalling, if you are in fact CAPABLE of using FACT. Also, how exactly is he greedy...for signing a massive contract when it was offered? That's called 'having a working brain'.

You guys, just stop. He's not going to agree with you. He gets off on the attention and the controversy. Stop trying to convince him.

It's a weak crop of C's in the AL; maybe some players scanned the list of catchers and decided to go in reverse alphabetical order by last name after tabbing Mauer. It's certainly not impossible.

What has Derek Jeter done that makes him "not a good guy", besides playing for the Yankees?

And can you quit the "gay" nonsense? It's really childish.

This after proclaiming him a Hall of Famer....lol.

And shows a lot about your character.

He's overrated defensively, and incredibly underrated offensively. Playing for a team you despise is what is coloring your opinions of him as a baseball player, and I don't see how you can say he's greedy when you don't know the guy at all.

And he is incredibly greedy and overrated and plays for an evil team.
Oh, I see now. Anybody that plays for the Yankees long-term is automatically greedy and overrated. Got it.

Wow, the AL pitching staff is stacked. I just think that Brandon Morrow should have made the team. He started late but has like a 0.65 ERA. He may have started late but he has had a great year.

The AL team already has more than enough relievers.

I know, the whole staff is stacked. Only if someone got hurt.
