    Bert kicks his butt in the 3 most important(for HOF, anyway) pitching stats. Why isn't he in yet?

    Uh, Schilling's HOF monitor score is 171.0, so you might not want to bring the monitor up if you want to tout Blyleven over Schilling for the Hall.

    Despite the monitor, I do agree with you that Blyleven is more deserving, but IMO both should be in.

    I didn't mean to say that Schilling should not be in the Hall, I was merely using this thread a place to air my rather annoying opinions about Bert Blyleven's non-HOF status. That said, I think Schilling is border-line, but will probably make it.

    On a baseball forum I used to visit, I can't remember the name of it now, there was a Rangers minor league infield who used to visit and post and whatnot a lot.

    thats pretty cool. I live near Lou Merloni, and my Mom was in an online college class with a former releiver of the Indians. But I dont know if I have been on a forum with a player.
