One thing that has bothered me about the way injuries work in Mogul is that players do not get injured in the middle of games. After the game is over, you are notified of any injuries that have occurred. In reality, players rarely become injured after a game ends, the injury usually occurs during gameplay. I know it isn't a major problem and is mostly cosmetic, but it does hurt the realism of injuries within the game, for me.
Along the same lines, but not quite the same problem, is injuries to starting pitchers. I find that starters often become injured after games in which they didn't even participate. I'm sure with the high frequency of pitcher injuries this is perfectly possible, as pitchers may hurt themselves warming up, etc. However, there doesn't appear to be a higher frequency of pitchers injured during their own starts than during rest days, as there certainly should be.
