Bo Sox jersey in Yankees stadium

    http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3344825

Can things getting anymore ignorant. Who bleeping cares whats buried under the concrete, if someone wants to waste a $100(or whatever the going rate is) on a Ortiz jersey and then bury it under 1000's of tons of concrete be my guest. The Yankees are talking about pressing charges against the guy, maybe the judge should order him to wear a Yankees jersey and make him attend all Yankees home games this year.

Honestly I thought it was a great move by the guy. He took pics and everything lol. I don't care much for the Red Sox but I hate the Yankees. Too funny.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard, I think. Why in the heck would you bury a jersey in the concrete of a job site that you're working on? Pure ignorance; I guess to some people losing your job to try to start a baseball curse is acceptable, and obviously practiced.

I honestly think that the man should be fired (if he hasn't been already), and the man should be barred from working in the state of NY. Now now, yes a little harsh, but come on; I have been around construction all my life. I guarantee you that if a homeowner had his home tainted as a joke, basically; Well, the homeowner wouldn't be too pleased, and would most definitely complain to the company. Now, this is sort of like the example I gave you. Homeowner = Hank Steinbrenner, Home = (new) Yankee Stadium, Company (probably many companies) = All the workers working on the stadium, including the ignoramus worker that buried the shirt in the concrete. I kinda see why Hank and the crew are a little mad at the idiot... It's also like me walking in someone from India's home, and eating a hamburger.

He did it to set a "jinx" or a "curse" on the Yankees, and he wasn't actually employed, I believe. He refused the job because he refused to ever set foot in or near Yankee Stadium, but then he came up with the idea to curse the Yankees by burying the jersey underneath, so he called up his friend or something to give him a ride to the site and he said he'd help the construction, and then he buried the jersey. At least, that's the jist of what I got on Sportscenter.

Ah ok, thanks. I didn't get the complete story, but just the basics. Still, that guy is an idiot.

Also, how doe he survive in the Bronx, NY? Or even have friends in the Bronx, NY for that matter, lol.

    Exactly what Houston said.

And come seriously. Your rival team is building their stadium. Tell me you don't at least consider trying something. Pissing on the new lawn....something.

Lol, no I would do absolutely nothing at all.

I guess us Yankee fans just have more class than some Sawx fans.

You insist that there is something a machine cannot do. If you will tell me precisely what it is that a machine cannot do, then I can always make a machine which will do just that! -J. von Neumann

I think the Yankees look utterly rediculous taking it so seriously, I mean come on "a bad, bad, thing"? pressing charges? They need to realize that they are in the entertainment business and to press charges would be pretty juvenile.

It is a dirty, underhanded trick.

And as the organization that used the Kansas City A's as it's drafting puppet, paying them off and stealing all their prospects, the Yankees can certainly identify dirty, underhanded maneuvers.
