    HoustonGM's Baseball Mogul 2009 Rosters

Here they are. Any comments, questions, feedback, bugs you may see, please post.

Also, before posting, PLEASE READ THE README. I will answer any questions asked that are answered in the ReadMe simply by saying "Read the ReadMe."

Latest Update: 6/12/08: Top 100 draft prospects added to Amateur Draft, thanks to sfbennett1.

One note, in the Transactions history of players at the start of the game, all the All Star Games, awards, etc. appear as for the team the player is currently on. I'm not sure why this happened, but I vaguely remember a bug earlier in the patch history that caused something like that, so, yeah. It's just a cosmetic thing, and awards/transactions record properly once the sim starts.

Awesome job HGM.. Just one minor note.. Think I saw the other day that Craig Wilson signed a contract with Pittsburgh.. You still have him in FA.. Otherwise, AWESOME job. Thanks for all the hard work.

No. Baseball Mogul save files aren't compatible with previous versions.

As FRS said, my rosters are as of opening day. Actually, not technically Opening Day, as they do include some transactions around April 2/3 like Rudy Seanez. But, close enough. The Wilson signing happened too far after Opening Day.

Just something I've noticed ever since Baseball Mogul has been around, and it's a major pet peeve of mine...

Aaron Heilman's best pitch is the changeup! His slider is not even close! He has quite possibly the changeup among relievers in the league. Please keep it in mind for future updates and rosters. Also, Carlos Beltran is underrated. Maine/Perez have bad vitals. And Reyes hasn't peaked yet. Other then that, nice job.

Thanks Houston! Awesome job on the rosters.

Some things I noticed on the Rangers:

-Cristian Santana's names listed as "Christian" Santana
-Chris Davis was officially moved to 1B this year (listed as 3B)
-Rangers release Kevin Mahar a couple weeks ago
-I noticed you took a number of guys off the roster, but may want to put Johnny Whittleman back on, as he is still one of the Rangers' better prospects...

I know how much work you put into these, it is much appreciated!

Just playing devil's advocate for a second, but there's no way you can know that for sure.

EDIT: HGM, what in the world is the text editor you use? It's trying to add some sort of rich text formatting into a .txt file, which most people will just see as garbage text.
