How do you judge a hall of fame QB? Wins and losses? Passing numbers? Passer rating? take a look at the career, so far, of this QB, then take a look at his teams record during his career, then vote, is he hall of fame material or not.
Yes, clearly a HOFer
No, clearly not a HOFer
No, he didn't win consistantly enough
Maybe, depends how his last few years go...

I don't like his team's performance.
Granted, that shouldn't be the only indication of whether this QB is worthy, but I can't say he really changed the game or was at the best at his position. Not with those records.
Retired Dynasties I'm Proud of

Look at his interception rate...ouch. I say no.
For the most part, I do take team performance in to account, but the guy has 45000 yards and 346 TDs. That's like a baseball player with 500 homers, a career .310 average, and 3000 RBIs. He's a LOCK.

Dont know, the changing point for me is his teams performance. His team did bad which means he didnt have a great supporting cast. That for make makes him HOF worthy. It's the opposite of Tom Brady, sure he's good with the all-star team of the Patriots but put him on the a worse team like a Raiders and he probably doesnt do good.
I would say he is in. he will end up with over 50,000 passing yards and close to 400 TD's, with a career passer rating of 93. those are definately hall of fame numbers.
