Short, sad career as manager and player

Noticed this poor individuals stats today and had to share them:
    Look up Moose Stubing...
    His Entire Big League career:

Made the show for one year, 1967... he pinch hit in 5 games and got to the plate 5 times and struck out 4 of them. Went 0-5.

He Became a Manager for the Angels in 1988, briefly. He managed for 8 games and the team went 0 wins and 8 losses.

I have no idea what kind of person he was, etc., but those career numbers are just SAD. Gotta feel for the guy.

"Stubing is the only major league player and manager never to register a hit or a win."

    Wondered about that.

I ran into while altering players for my Baseball Mogul franchise.
I am using historical players only, and while looking up players stats to compare to their ratings I noticed his stats and my jaw dropped.

I thought I had seen some unlucky players, until I saw his.
