Naw not really pessimism, more realism. Daisuke loses his location in nearly every game he pitches for a short time. If they lose a game, and so long as he's the 3 or 4 guy, I think it'll be his start, and location will be what kills him, should he lose. Then again, Boston could just roll to a 4-0 rout.![]()
Yep, Daisuke really does pitch great. His peripheral stats show that. It's just that he's extremely prone to one or two big innings every game which just blows his ERA up and gives him losses.
ROFL, I had not read this before I responded to the Arod/Bonds post...Naw not really pessimism, more realism.
SOX KNOCK ROX OFF
hmm
ROX KNOCK SOCKS OFF
either sounds kinda funky to me![]()
Well, since we HAVE to have Boston or New York in the Series, it seems.. Rockies win.. Don't care how many games.. Just don't want the Red Sox to win..
I would have loved a Cleveland/Colorado Series..

Well, this year should be interesting..
Sox Win 13-1
Can anyone say Sweep
I doubt that the Rockies will be swept, although I certainly wouldn't mind if they were. Between the layoff, the rain, first time in the series for most of them, and being in Boston, a first game loss was hardly surprising. Game 2 will be much more interesting.
