It happened in 1947, 1948, 1949, 1953, 1960, 1964, 1968, 1984, 1985, 1989, 1992, 1999, 2001.... so 2001 would be the answer.

That's what they want you to think. I'm no sure about the ROY award but for the MVP award(I think) most voters wait until after the playoffs to cast there ballots even though they are supposed to be in before the playoffs
