Have you tried Fire Fox beta 2.0??? it has a built in Spell Checker

I just downloaded and am typing with it.

    I love Mozilla ( www.firefox.com )

Opera 9 is free and you can download it for free here...http://www.opera.com/download/

I just wanted to know if anybody else uses it. I have just started to play around with it.

Internet explorer is a joke as with msn explorer (based on the same code)

I have always hated aol, and havent tried the new yahoo browser and have only played around with IEbeta a few times.

    Re: Have you tried opera?

IE stopped working on my win98 machine (along with MS Office, and several other MS products) due to some registry problems, so I had to find a new browser. I looked at Opera, but if I remember right, I couldn't use it because the windows version was based on IE. Thus Firefox became my browser, as it was the only one I could find that was not based on IE.
Please make at least a small effort to stay on topic.

I agree with all the others...Firefox is awesome, however I used to use Opera exclusively a few years ago and it would be my second choice

I'm using Opera right now. I prefer it for Mogul stuff. I do also use IE for most browsing and have firefox and use it too for different things.

Out of the 14 people who have voted, every body has used Fire Fox, I didnt know it was that wide spread...Fire Fox I was actually first introduced at University of Washington in there library...it grew on me (tab browsing), then I bought PC gamer, or PC mag, one of those and it had Fire Fox on a cd, I have never looked back since....

Before I used MSN browser, I really like the setup..but I was having problems with signing in on BMO, so Fire Fox is used 100% of the time...

I am thinking of uninstalling opera...

    Re: Have you tried opera?

I actually read something that Opera is the most advanced browser on the planet but Firefox is the most popular. Something to that extent...

Re: Have you tried Fire Fox beta 2.0??? it has a built in Spell Checker

that and with the right plugins you can turn off almost all ads (not just pop-ups) and most importatly you can completely stop (and selectively allow) javascript, the bane of the internet...

    edit:
are you using 1.5 or 2.0b?
I have both, I use 1.5 on a daily basis. Games I'll beta test, browsers I need to work as close to 100% as possible...
