Is there any FREE site with a large amount of perhaps one-paragaph scouting reports on minor league pitchers, complete with the pitches they throw, and maybe a few descriptive words per pitch? For example, "He throws a low 90s fastball, a devastating curve, and a slider that he could improve upon."
Any help would be great!

I think BaseballAmerica.com is cheaper than that book, and i know they have great bio's for each minor league player also they have charts with teams top 10 prospects etc.
