I am actually enjoying this game. What is the failure for league play. I have played in leagues before and all the same options are there.
I was having some licenses issues. I have played in OOTP leagues. They sim too slow for my likes. I miss Baseball Mogul Online. It was the best :(
yes there is a draft. It usually happens either at the end of the season or in June depending on what year you are playing in.

1. For the first issue, the AI changes the other teams, if they are making more money, they will spend more money, your amount shouldn't change but I have noticed that the expenses do change...

I agree with the menus but I personally love it. It did take some time for me to learn the interface.
I play the game, I don't pay...
The latest version is OOTP14. The reason I bought is is because I have a MAC now, and don't play many games on my Surface Pro.

I am not buying it for a couple of reasons.
#1. I don't think I will play it enough to warrant a purchase
#2. I do play play-by-play mode in console games. Mogul used to be the best "GM Mode"...
