wow great anthropological assesment of this "mysterious" NACIREMA tribe......
i guess they thought torture was ok too......these mystery people must be very vain and selfish and narcistic......they only care about what there other tribe members perceive of them......and any body modification to improve the perception of acctractivness should be persued at any cost......these people would probably use cosmetics made with the skin of executed political dissidents....you know the people who dont agree that people should do anything to be desirable and pretty

Well when you put it that way... There's a particular part in "Lies my Teacher told me", an examination of the falsities in U.S. History books this reminds me of.
