Since the military is generally prohibited by law from being used for civilian law enforcement duties, they darn well ought to not be doing police work. You seem to imply that individual soldiers are disobeying orders by refusing to do police work, but the truth is that their orders don't allow them to do police work, because they can't legally be used for those tasks.
You think the government doesn't abide by the laws anymore, but here's a situtuation where a statement you yourself made shows that they are obeying the law, and you still ***** about it and twist it around so that it sounds like some sort of evil conspiracy.

the problem is that the bushinistas are trying to strongarm the govenor into signing over control of the La. natl. guard....she is refusing.....the uncle tom mayor is screaming for forced evacuation but the nopd refuses to drag out there citizens at gunpoint......and now i hear that there pitbull cheney is headed down there......they may try to kill her.....gov. blanco is resisting
