expanding

I am starting in 1951 but when 1969 , 1970 season startsI still have only 2 leagues ; instead of 2 leagues 2 divisions.How can I fix this ?

Go into the league editor and add the divisions under league info and then assign the teams that belong in those divisions to those divisions. Should take just under a minute to do.
