It usually takes anywhere from 1-7 days for them to be processed and show up there.

They don't even have a bbmogul 2k6 download section there yet.

You put them in the folder Baseball Mogul 2006/Skins/SportsMogul/Photos/Portraits

It's in the help file somewhere. That's how i figured it out.
