hello?!!!!
Hello.
You can access as many stats and player details via the Roster Screen ( Team menu ).
You can change the column headings by right-clicking or even transfer the text to another source - like Excel or a web page editor.
If you want to, you could use a utility that I made that will turn any text into a web page for you. See link below.

Good luck with it.
thank you very much
Ok, I am trying to set up an online league, like I have said before. I have no idea how to transfer the players out of the football Mogul game onto a text source.
This is SOOO frustrating. Here I thought this was going to be an easy process. You would THINK that the creators would realize that if someone just wanted to sim stuff they would buy ESPN NFL 2k5. Computers are used for ONLINE leagues yet they make this INCREDIBLY difficult.
21C is more of a help on this board than anyone who actually works at Sports Mogul.
My question is, in the help menu it says I should have a file named roster.txt in the input menu. However, no file exists in my input folder. What do I do? I am trying to get an online league up and running but it looks like I may have wasted my money on such a venture.
Do you mean you want to transfer the stats and player information to post on a web site or something else?Quote:

Let me know what exactly you want to do. You don't need anything in that folder unless you are trying to import something.Quote:

If you have any other specific questions then post them here. FM is not the most user-friendly program to run an online league but it should be possible. :D
I used to run a Baseball Mogul league for about 4 years ( 20+ seasons ) and most of the stats/info was output via the Roster Screen and couple of little programs I wrote. See these for some examples:

What I want to do is exactly what you showed. I want to export all the stats and such so that I can put them up on a website.
When I am in FM, I seriously see no way of exporting those stats out of FM to put them on a webpage.
I probably need a freakin walk-through.
Quick walkthrough - I'm at work and don't have the game in front of me.
Go to the Roster Screen - I think it is Team>Roster from the menu.
Right click on the white part. You should get some options to change the stats that are displayed.
You will also get the option to save the displayed stats to your clipboard.
You can then paste ( CTRL V ) the stats anywhere you like.
If you use the utility I made ( see http://files.simcentral.net/index/Detailed/3580.shtml ) then you can paste the stats there and get a web page produced.
Let me know if you have any more questions - or need more details.
Thank you so VERY much. Evidently I was doing this right all along I just did not know it. I am sure I will have more questions as I go along.
Thansk again 21C
ur welcome... even though i didnt help
