Good uphill riders tend to win TDFs big. That's where the race is won, and Armstrong was the best ever.

Cyclists don't use steroids. They use doping agents that assist with reoxygenating the blood. That's so they can climb those mountains faster.

Of course the process is crap. This is akin to the L.A. prosecutor's office throwing O.J. in jail anyway for killing Nicole and Ron, after he was found not guilty.

Is he guilty? Probably. Does the evidence exist to prove it? No.
