Do any of you actually even look at batting average anymore? Personally I completely overlook it in favour of OBP.

He said it was his celebration hat after winning the series, but I have never seen any photos that would prove that.

I think I am going to drop Adam Dunn in order to reinstate Andrew Bailey from the DL. Bailey's racking up saves and back to form, and Donkey will be benched during interleague.

Is their anyone else you can drop? Bailey should definitely be activated, but I'm not sure I would drop Dunn unless you had know one else to drop.

So offensively I picked up Quentin/Jones/Cabrera from the waiver wire (only 8 teams) and could part with any of them...but with Donkey's terrible season im inclined to go to him first.

I'm still not sure if Micheal Morse is on a hot streak or is a legitimate big time player... over his last 160 games his stats are ....

And his hasn't made a fielding error (at any position) since 2005! I don't know how these stats translate to the advanced metrics, but it sure looks good.

It doesn't translate well. Morse is a below average fielder.

i wasn't talking about his fielding stats translating, i should have made that more clear. the fielding is what it is, at least for now his defense at first base is a significant improvement over Adam Dunn and that is good!

A pylon is a defensive upgrade over Adam Dunn, so I would hope Morse is a significant improvement over Dunn at 1B. ;)
