I don't ever judge head coaches after their first shot at the top spot. Bill Belichek quickly comes to mind. its very common for head coaches to make mistakes in their first gig. once you lose the respect of the clubhouse its very difficult to gain it back. its hard to change significantly once you set whats acceptable.Quote:
