I also would like to know this, it must be, people make mods, so how do they edit the skills, not stats?

As Etothep suggests, to enable you to edit players, M1ing, on your toolbar, you must first click Tools/Options/Commisssioner(upper RH corner dialogue box) then click on the desired team for editing, then a particular player/scouting/edit(look at your taskbar, bottom of your screen for this...it was,formerly, the "negotiate" button).Quote:
