All I want to know about ST is:
Troy Glaus is healthy, Billy Wagner is healthy, Chipper is healthy, and Hudson is healthy.
Also, it's nice to see Heyward. He looks good so far. I went to a AA game last year and saw him and Freeman play.

Quote:
Cincinnati's Cuban curiosity threw at least one pitch that reached 100 mph, according to the scouts that were clocking him, and he struck out three Kansas City Royals over two scoreless innings on Monday afternoon.
After relieving Bronson Arroyo(notes) to start the third inning, Chapman allowed one hit — a sharp single to countryman Brayan Pena(notes) — and a walk. Of his 26 pitches, 15 were strikes, though his control sharpened after a ragged beginning.
sox beat the cards? woohoo
take that El Jefe
The Nats finally have a decent pitching option. Strasburg looked good in his debut, inducing 3 groundball outs in the first, then struck out M. Cabrera and Brent Dlugach to end the 2nd.
Sox OWNED the Mets. Bay sat every time, hitless. WOOT!

Now, if only we could play a real, competitive team...
Figgins doesn't have a hit all spring so far, but he has a .438 OBP.
I hope Mike Sweeney makes the Mariners and comes back to Kauffman and hits five home runs in a game and delivers a gigantic FU to some Royals fans.
Ben Sheets looking absolutely horrible - 18 runs in 4+ IP so far this spring.
I want to be reasonable and give him time to shake off the year's worth of rust and injury-rehabbing...but $10 mil?? A's? $10mil? If you selected A's players at random, on average you would need to grab 12 of them just to get the salary total to around $10mil. Holy geez.
The Royals are hitting .639 so far today. 21 runs on 23 hits through 4 1/3 innings. Brian Anderson has hit for the cycle. In four innings...and to top it off, Yuniesky Betancourt drew a walk!
Mets get 3 in the 9th 2 with 2 outs. Davis 2 out game tying homer and 2 out 2 on
