why does avg payroll rank for right from 1 to 3? No 2 anywhere?
But there are 3 7's, and nothing after 28. Also, 'appearances' is mis-spelled.

You're misunderstanding that column too... lol. It's not a ranking of average payroll over the decade. It's each team's average rank per season.Quote:
